  • Price & availability information were correct at the date of polling from the Tour operators system. The total cost of your holiday will be confirmed at time of booking.
  • Prices may be subject to an aviation/security levy if applicable.
  • All major credit cards accepted subject to transaction fees of 2.0%.
  • No charge for Laser Card/Bank Draft transactions except Maestro where there is a 2.0% transaction fee.
  • Additional supplements/taxes may apply.
  • Most rates are based on 2 people sharing with the exception of family holidays. Supplements will be confirmed at time of booking.
  • 'Ticket on Departure' fee applies to late booking - confirmed at time of booking.
  • As we are dealing with Tour Operators (3rd Party) we are not able to guarantee prices until booking is finally confirmed as human error may occur.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Bookaholiday.ie may terminate your use of this Site and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the Services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not effect any right to relief to which Bookaholiday.ie and its third party suppliers may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Your Information

This refers to information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements that you supply us or is supplied to us, including any information about your friends or family relating to the same (“your information”). Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa) or make a booking with us. You are responsible for ensuring that your friends and family are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us.

We will update your information whenever we get the opportunity to keep it current, accurate and complete.

We may disclose your information to our service providers (which could be located outside ROI/EEA) for the purpose of providing you with our services, including your flight or holiday. Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them.
